Dance Party with Cody Cook-Parrott

In the premiere of Show Me Howie, meet Cody Cook-Parrot, dance through your feelings, and marvel at some talented friends' cardboard art!

In this first episode, you’ll meet

creator of and author of 'How to Not Always Be Working' and 'Getting to Center,' who teaches Howie that it’s always a good time to dance and that dancing is an excellent way to observe and express all your feelings. Plus, check out what is possible with cardboard through art created by our friends Noah and Zayden.

We’d love to feature your family’s art, creations, and ideas in future episodes! How did it feel to dance when you were in different moods? Share some art of a dance move you came up with or something you observed! You can email it to us at themost@substack.com, including your first name and where you are from!"
